I havent researched it yet but in my case I was carjacked and shot on MLK's birthday at 11:30 am while I pulled over to text and make a few phone calls.It was a gang initiation thing.Since the 16 year old that shot me was arrested two weeks later (just days after committing a home invasion,stripping them naked and lining them up then exicuting 5 people in the house) my case will never be heard and nobody will ever know it was a hate crime.I am armed now and I wont be a victom again.If I was armed that day I might have found myself in Georges shoes because I know that 16 year olds mother thought her son was a perfect angel too.I'm just trying to make a point here.It doesnt matter how old Tray was.It doesnt matter if he had Skittles because when my car was recovered it was full of Jumbo Skrawburry Drank,lemonhead boxes and little ceasar napkins and it didnt make the person that consumed it all, innocent.

They need to get Zimmerman re-enact the screaming under the exact same conditions (at the same place, and through the phone call) and then see what the program says :)    Sadly, the best thing would also be to have Trayvon available to try and pass the test too....   :(

@zawy I think the should be additional analysis and yes under the same conditions. I also think the 'expert 'who claims it could not have been Zimmerman needs to consider he just made a false and very misleading statement.(Haven't we had enough of those with all the audio tampering from NBC, and media mistaken police station video?) Tim Owen should have disclosed that even documented samples of the same individual can read as inconclusive and be in even lower percentiles than he reported. IT does not mean it was not Zimmerman, it 'only' means he could not confirm this with his samples.

 zawy i also agree that this "expert" analysis is highly questionable. One guy just listened to the two recordings and said, "Nope, not Zimmerman". The other guy you mention, Tom Owen, used voice samples that utterly fail to meet a number of criteria for reliable analysis that were developed by the VERY ORGANIZATION that he chairs. Those guidelines are on-line so anyone can read them. So either his analysis is not credible or the widely accepted guidelines are not credible. Which is it?

Zimmerman had grass stains on his clothes and the back of him was wet, he had a broken nose and lacerations to the back of his head when the cops arrived.

@Helen47 @RobertLee1 Again, so it's okay to get out of your home and chase an unarmed person down and shoot them? If Zimmerman was injured that bad I don't think he would be at the police station Just 35 mins after... Its a 15 min drive from the scene and he would have been bandaged and given medical treatment.
